Like many of you, the novel coronavirus has caused us at Stewpot to evaluate our daily activities and make decisions about how to keep our loved ones safe while continuing to minister to very real needs. The great news is that, during this crisis, Stewpot is still operating. We are still providing essential services, like food, clothing, and shelter to our neighbors in need.
MFN takes donations from multiple sources, and distributes food and goods through 430 member agencies. They, in turn, distribute to recipients in their own communities.

The Feeding America nationwide network of food banks secures and distributes 4.3 billion meals each year through food pantries and meal programs throughout the United States and leads the nation to engage in the fight against hunger. Expensify.org is currently redirecting all of their donations in order to match SNAP grocery purchases up to $50 per family. Reimbursement instructions are on their website.
